I've been composing music since I was 9 years old. In my professional life, my music has been heard around the world in various formats, from films in Finland to bands in Brazil. I've scored animations, featurefilms, commercials, iPhone apps, shorts and documentaries. I love when music can be of service to something else, like in a film when the music perfectly compliments the scene. I have an absolutely omnivorous taste in music, and that translates to my writing.

Music is universal. It speaks to each of us in our own way. You hear music in a completely different way than I do, as your perceptions are colored by your background and experience. I love this. It's as if there isn't one version of a composition, but as many versions as there are hearts and minds to hear it.
